Suggest Treatment For Painful Fluid Filled Sacs In Incision Area Of C Sections

I am a 52 yr.old, 4 10 tall and 148lbs. with Hx. of 3 prior C-Sections and a total thyroidectomy for obstructive goiter. I had a TAH BSO 10 weeks ago. On post-op day 7 the incision started oozing serous sanguinous drainage moderate amounts. It developed a couple of fluid filled sacs hanging out of the incision. They became very large and painful. I popped them with a sterile scalpel about 4 weeks ago. One has totally closed but the second one persists and continues to drain serous fluid. I feel sharp pains intermittently. No fever, no infection. I was on oral antibiotics for the first 4 weeks post-op. What options do I have to fix this problem?
