I kicked somethin yesterday with quite a bit of force and yesterday I could limp on it but it still hurt and now I can t even stand on it the pain that shots up the middle and side of my foot is so bad. My partner thought I had torn and tendon in my foot. But I thought I d still be able to walk with that.

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Firstly You need to take complete rest, not to walk or stand on your foot until the pain relieves. An X-Ray lateral and superior aspect of the foot is to be taken, to rule out any fracture. If there is no fracture then you can take some muscle relaxant (Zerodol MR) for relieving the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
