Suggest Treatment For Painful Bumps On The Labia Majora

Hello. I have a hard cluster of gland-like things on the upper right and left side of my vaginal opening. They hurt so bad since a part seems to be ripping off. Are they supposed to be there in the first place? I was with a person a day before and he was rubbing his penis against my vagina which caused an irritation right away. Could it be related too?
