Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On Nipple

I have a little red bomp on my nipple like kinda towards the inside and im not sire if its a bomp or just part of the tissue like part where a baby would suck from to get milk. But it kinda hurt painfully when i rub it, feels like a needle is being stuck straight into my nipple

Hi

You seem to have developed an infection over the nipple area .
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash with lukewarm water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream over the area twice daily .
Wesr cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further friction .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the area .
You might need oral antibiotics if the condition tends to persist or increase,
