Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump Near Vagina

I have one hard soar bump on the bottom of my but , right near my vagina. I feel a little pain while sitting and walking so I know it s there, it doesn t go away, any idea what this could be. I ve had this for two days now. It could be an ingrown hair, which i ve never had..I appreciate and info that you can give. Thanks..

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What you are complaining of painful bump near vagina causing pain while sitting and walking could be due to infected Bartholean cyst.
It needs to be treated with antibiotics and alalgesics first and then removal of it by means if a minor operation procedure.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard fir appropriate management.
