Suggest Treatment For Painful Bowel Movement And Vomiting

I have a granddaughter 8 mos old who has been throwing up and having painful bowel movements for several months. Her doctors have been changing her diet (formula), and adding prune juice but she still has painful infrequent bowel movements and sometimes projectile vomit. What other possible condition should be checked out?

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms could be related to Acute on chronic gastro enteritis.I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Also get a stool culture ,ESR,Complete blood picture immediately.Drugs like pantoprazole,domperidone,Ornidazole,ofloxacin,oral rehydration salts and Syrup.Aristozyme immediately by discussing with your doctor.Also take healthy home food.Avoid stored and refrigerated outside food as they have toxins.Get your temperature,blood pressure,heart rate monitored regularly.Foods rich in fibre like oats,barley,wheat,Ragi should be consumed.Regular exercise is important.Also Consult your gastro enterologist for expert management.
