Suggest Treatment For Painful Blisters

Hi doc ! I had a water blister overnight and after that i opend it and drain all the water out but to my suprise it never get better instead it has become a sore which is painful in a way that i cant even walk proper.the sore is burning and keep on getting deeper. What might be the cause and how do i treat this sore?

It might be infected after your puncture.I am advising you a local antibiotic like fucidine ointment and oral antiinflammatory & antibiotic like ibuprofen and doxycycline for 5 days.
