Suggest Treatment For Painful Armpit Rashes

Hi, I have a bad rash under my arm and very painful. I have been putting goldbond powders on it and it does not seem to be getting better .I have had the rash for a week and a half the rash now has a bad smell. Are there something I can get at the drug store to help . Keith ,Thanks

1. Bad rash under the arm has to be examimed since it is an important site for development of Herpes so ask for culture and biopsy sample and treat likewise.

2. If after examination,it is normal then symptomwise approach i.e. antiseptic dressing, inj. Neurobion, B complex capsule are sufficient.
