Hello,

I don't know what you're describing that also by comparing with oxygen contain bubbles.

The possibility of you may be suffering from paresthesia a condition seen in neuropathy or myelopathy or electrolyte imbalance or megaloblastic anaemia etc.

Please consult your physician he will examine the breast and serum electrolytes, and nerve conduction study then treats you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
