Suggest Treatment For Pain On Palms

when I push my palm back it hurts a bit. I don't do anything like push ups, but I do lift somewhat heavy totes at work. Yesterday I did some of this heavy lifting and when I came back home at night I noticed this pain when I rested my chin on my palm. I thought it would be gone by now, but it's still here. Any idea what it might be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain on palms is commonly due to trauma or soft tissue problems.
Is there any history of trauma on the palms?
Soft tissue of the palm is constituted by fascia or connective tissue of the palm.
A clinical assessment of the palms is required to know the cause of pain.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
