Suggest Treatment For Pain On Breasts

Hi so today I was sitting down when these shooting pains started to occur right in my left breast I can only describe them as a series of electric shocks. It only lasted a few minutes but I was in a bit of discomfort after exhaling. It has not happened again since this morning and has never happened previous to this morning. Do you have any ideas what this could be?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Pain in the breast, and that too similar to a electrical shock is most likely due to some nerve pathology. Neuronal pain has such features. It is unlikely due to any pathology in the breast.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon, if no local lesion is found, then you should get properly examined and treated by a neurologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
