Hi Ms. Shalom,
If your consultant does not feel a mass on clinical exam and if your radiologist does not see anything on a mammogram, there is no need to worry. Fibradenosis can be managed by simple remedies like good supportive bra, analgesics, diuretics if necessary to relieve water logging and vitamin B1 supplements. Hormones may be needed only if relief is not seen with the above measures. As it is only hormonal, it subsides when supplements are given. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
