General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
Ct findings are probably due to infection of lungs ..most probably it was tuberculosis which you had suffered in past...
Now the pain which you have described doesn't seem to be associated with these lung changes... Have you suffering from fever? Any cough ? Any heart burn? Any previous history of diabetes or hypertension??
In my opinion you should consult physician so that you can be examined properly for definitive diagnosis...
Stay safe and get well soon
