Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the fish bone has caused laceration to your throat mucosa leading to inflammation and it is causing pain while swallowing..
As the fish bone has been taken out of throat by not swallowing it, therefore there seems only inflammation caused due to
injury to the mucosa and will resolve gradually..
You can start gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, especially before meals so that there is less of discomfort during swallowing..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Drink plenty of cool water..
You should take
soft diet and avoid, hot, spicy and hard foods..
Suck ice pops..
In case of no improvement consult an ENT expert and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
