Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicles

feels like I got hit in the testicles when I do physical labor not real bad but the pain is there I drive a forklift for a living and load trucks the bouncing going in and out of trailer sometimes makes the pain when I am sitting it goes away when I stand or walk for a long time I can feel it

it seems to be a tenders testis or testes, examination is needed as, pain increases with touch or pressure or not, associated with swelling, if yes, larg or small, hard or soft, one testis bigger than the other or not, above the testes of the left one, you feel like worms between your fingers or not(more than the right side)
