Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Pelvis & Back

Hello. I had surgery for uterine cancer in Oct last year . it was grade 2 stage 3 as it had spread to one of my ovaries. I've had chemo and radiotherapy which finished in April. i have been doing well and returned to work in August. I have had several UTI's and been given antibiotics. I have tried on a few occasions to have intercourse which has been extremely painful on the left side of my vagina. I had candidiasis when I had check up three months ago which I was treated for. i had another uTi three weeks ago and got more antibiotics. When i went for my check up last week the doctor could not examine me internally as I was too sore - in left side of my vagina again She seemed concerned about this and said she would write to my gynaecologist to have her check me - possible under anaesthetic. Since then pain in this area has gotten worse though low grade pain rather than acute. I feel pain is radiating across my pelvic floor and lower back. i am becoming very worried about this. it is Sunday night and I am not sure what course of action to take. can you advise?
