Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck

I have been having pain in my neck mostly for the last few days. My head hurts in front & back even behind my eyes. I have had some chest pain, coughing and extremely tired. I slept for so many hours and still feel sleepy. The pain in my chest hurts really bad at times and then goes back to just a dull ache. I am 35 and have type 2 diabetes.

This pain can be related to Diabetes. I would recommend you to get ECG to see if every thing is normal with heart. If there is some abnormality in heart than it can cause such pain. I would also recommend you to get serum B 12 estimation to see if there is neuropathy which is causing these symptoms.
