Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck When I Turn My Head

I have been having pain in my neck for over two weeks now - it happened one day when I woke up from sleeping on a high pillow but it has subsided somewhat but It hurts when I turn my head right and left and in the center lower back of head especially when I lay down. Is this something I should worry about

Hi In view of symptoms explained by you , I think that you have spasm in your neck muscles may be , postural or due to cervical spondylosis. I suggest that you start pain killers , muscle relaxants , and physiotherapy including Isometric neck exercises . If you don't get relief in few days then go for an x ray of the neck.
