Hi, thank you so much for your question.
I got that you have been suffering from painful neck gland, associated with night sweat and body and limb aches and pain. There are many reasons for neck gland enlargement, depending on your geographical residence, ethnics and dietary habits.
Diagnosis also depends on the detail description about the lump, especially, accurate site, shape, painful or not, movable or fixed, and ulceration or inflammation present or not, on the underlying skin. Also you should look for any constitutional symptoms such as fever, weight loss, fatigue, amd so on. Let me also know your past medical, surgical and drug history, so that I could give you a better and more detailed advice.
Thank you.
Best of luck, and have a nice day!
