Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

What I can understand from your complaints is that you are having symptoms of lumbar spondylosis? It is nothing but the aging of your spine, which is a common condition. The pain and radiation are due to the pinching of nerves present in the spine. You can apply over the counter pain relief gels and also start physiotherapy. You are already taking Medrol for which condition you have not mentioned? I would suggest you visit your physician if the pain increases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Santosh S Jeevannavar
