Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Left Breast

I had a sudden onset of pain in the side f my left breast, that radiated to my left bicep, (no falls, etc), this began Tuesday night. By Wednesday, the pain went up to my left shoulder and into my upper back. saw my Dr on Thursday, and a shot of toredol seemed to help, a lot.( I am currently on 15 mg of oxycodone-4x daily for severe back pain due to an accident 15 yrs ago, and have been for years.) This pain is 9-10, daily, even on my meds. Chest xray was clear, we re guessing pleurisy, (which I have had before), but this is very different with the added pain in my bicep. Dr put me on steroids and the pill form of toredol. Doesn t seem to be getting better yet. Is there anything else it could be? My husband said that a clot would ve shown on the xray.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Stop all symptomatic drugs first.Do not take any medications without knowing the real pathology of the disease.
2)Do a blood differential count
Do what i told you ,after that let us go to other pathology.
