My right leg hurts when I try to raise it. I have been swimming 10 laps 3 times a week. My knees and shoulder were hurting before I started swimming. Now my right knee and hip area hurt but the shoulder and other knee quit hurting. have I pulled a muscle or what?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are doing regular exercise (swimming) possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more for your symptoms.
But you should also get done calcium and vitamin D3 levels. Because deficiency of these can cause frequent joint, bone and muscle pain.
So get done vitamin D3 and calcium levels and if deficiency then you will need supplements.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Take simple painkiller like ibuprofen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
