hello my name is jade,about 2 years ago I was in soccer & during practice I had strained my knee during practice,after that it had often bugged me during practice so I had bought a knee splint,then a few months later I had not been wearing the knee splint during one of my games & had colided knees with a player when we went to kick at the same time,after I had hurt it that time it caused me me much pain & discomfort,bending down,standing too long & running are always a problem for me
