Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee

I have a pain behind the left knee but just below the knee. It started about 4 days ago without any noticeable cause. It pains when I walk. This evening I stepped on a slanted serface and the pain was sharp enough that I could not walk. I gradually was able to walk but with more pain than usual. What could this be?

Hello, pain below knee may be due to bursitis (fluid collection in bursa),or petalar tendinitis. This may due to your nature of work/life sytle/aging.This may reduced by physiotherapy.
