Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Gums

The gums behind my molars hurt. Whenever I swallow, it hurts as well. A bit of the gums behind my molars are a light color... kinda like white in a way. Two of my teeth in the back are aligned weirdly as well, it's like shifted to the side. I'm really worried right now.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain painful gums behind the molars along with whitish appearance can be due to underlying wisdom tooth that can be causing inflammation of the gum flap causing Pericoronitis..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen with topical application of lignocaine gel to numb the area.
Along with it warm saline gargles can also help..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
