Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ear & Shoulder

Ent put a camera down my throat and daid i have a swollen lymph node on my carotid artery left dide of my neck & this caroid artery is a lot bigger then the one on the right side of my neck. Over the last couple of weeks i have a constant ache in my left ear & shoulder. What do u think is going on

It could be a referred pain to ear. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.
