Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in the arms due to electrical shock from a wire . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are due to electric shock . I would suggest you to visit emergency department for proper checkup . At the Emergency Department, the doctor's primary concern is to determine if significant unseen injury exists. Injury may occur to muscles, the heart, or the brain from the electricity . Doctor may order ECG to check the heart , complete blood count and urine test for muscle enzymes and treat accordingly . Doctor may order analgesic and neurotropic like pregabalin and methylcobalamin medication along with physical therapy .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
