Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles

hey, my husband has chronic pain in hie testicles all the time.he has had a scan already and they have found twelve cists between the both of his testicles and these are what is causing the pain. he has not got cancer.the pain he crys with as it is all day every day and he goes to his work six days a week reguardless of the pain. is there anything that we can do to aliviate the pain? your help would be welcome jules

It looks to be epididymal cyst, if they are small in size aspiration can be done and if more than 1 cm then excision has to be done. Give him scrotal support and pain killer containing seratiopeptidase......tc care
