Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles During Urination With Sticky Discharge

my testicles got little bit painful when i urinate and their is a little white sticky liquid that comes out in my testicle..how can i cure with it.. i made a research in this problem of mine and found out that it is what they called gonorrhea but i did not suffer such pain as what they have experience and i do not even know how i got this since i never having sex with my girlfriend...is their other way to have gonorrhea even without making sex or contact to other person..

Your symptoms are suggestive of epididymoorchitis. It can be caused by infections other than sexually transmitted. Please follow up with your primary provider for confirmation of the diagnosis and initiation of antibiotics.
