Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicle

My left testicle hurts, mostly when i am laying down, like after sleeping during the night i feel it when i wake up or in the middle of the night. It doesn't happen all the time, but it has been happening more often. It hurts for a day or two after that, then goes away for a while... what should i do?

Read and reviewed facts of your query in context of your health concerns.
My Impression-
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to have-
Retractile or Torsion testes.
Hypersensitive Cremaster REflex also could be another cause in few.
With lying down the biomechanics changes and the testes may get retracted and thus could become painful.Some times torsion may occur which may retwist and get resolved in few events.

Treatment-
Consult Urologist who would investigate properly and would treat it accordingly.
USG would suggest if any other cause like Varicocele is there.
Orchiopexy would be required to treat such a pain in your case.


Hope this would resolve your health issues and would help you to plan further treatment with doctors there.
