Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach

Yes, my daughter had a pain in her stomach. So she had to go to the Emergency. I never found out what the problem was. The doctor's prescribed her Hydromorphone (Dila) Ketorolac (Toradol) Promethazine (Phene) Drug Injection SQ/IM. Please explain what do you think she had?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
i appreciate your concern
i would like further information to help you better like her age menstrual history and site and nature of the pain
if she was having periods than it could be dysmenorrhoea
in my opinion she should add tab pentoprazole and tab antacids containing simethicone to reduce pain caused due to hyperacidity in her stomach
get an ultrasound done if it continues
Advise her to take rest and have plenty of oral fluids to keep her well hydrated
Hope I have answered your question
Feel free to ask for follow up
take care have a nice day
I find this answer helpful
