Hello,

First, you can confirm your chest pain is not originating from cardio by ECG, and echo.

If it is a non-cardiac pain, then the possible causes are:
1. Gastritis with gastro esophageal reflux disease
2. Pleurisy
3. Muscle spasm
4. Infections et cetera

Avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
