Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Possibility of viral infection is more in your case.
Running nose, cough, chest pain etc are suggestive of rhinitis and bronchitis.
Both are commonly seen in viral infection.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule other lung disease.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You need antihistamine, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Drink plenty of fluids orally. Take steam inhalation 5-6 times a day.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
