Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here you can have viral or allergic bronchitis infection..

Excess cough from bronchitis Also can lead muscular pain

Your spirometry can be done to assess severity if bronchitis present

If needed after Auscultation, than chest x ray can be done

Benadryl like decongestant can be given for soothing

Warm compress over chest will be beneficial

Take one tsp ginger juice with honey for soothing

Steam inhalation done two times a day

If needed than levofloxacin like antibiotic can be prescribed

Take vitamin C lozenges

Take care

Consult pulmonologoist for examination
