Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Left Foot

Woke up this morning with pain in my left foot. The pain itself is located where you would push off with the foot while walking. I can still move my toes and ankle as normal while a little discomfort when I do. I have a lot of pain while I walk. I d say a 7 on a scale to 10 regarding pain. I do not recall doing anything to trigger the pain I have including bumping or crashing into anything.

Hi. I would suggest you try some simple analgesic measures such as paracetamol or ibuprofen if you do not have any intolerance to them. It sound as though you have inflammation of the plantar fascia, or plantar fasciiitis. This is a self-limiting condition that will get better. Take some pain relief until this happens. If your symptoms persist for more than a week then see your GP.
