Suggest Treatment For Pain In Legs

Dr. I have pain in my both legs when I get up early in the morning (backside of the whole legs) It reduces after 15 to 20 minutes routine work and in right leg it remains a little throughout the day.I am 62 yrs.old male .please help me out .thanks.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having Sciatica pain due to some degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacrsal spines.
Due to pinching nerves due to osteoartheritis of spines one can have this type of pain.
Go for X-ray lumbo-sacral spines.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile go for back extension exercises daily and regularly.
Avoid more bending and weight lifting.
Do not sit on squad position.
Take B1, B6 andB12 medicines.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements as well.
Ok and take care.
