Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee

My doctor said I have a dumb muscle in my right knee and I have overused the same knee. I now do physical therapy and I moved it the wrong way in a hockey game today and it really hurts to walk. I also have to wear a brace most of the day. What can I now do to get off my knee and heel it?

As mentioned in your history that you are injured in hockey game than take any pain killer like tab Combiflam three times daily or tab Akilos-P two times daily after meals. It will relieve most of your pain and swelling if it is present. Apart from this you have to do regular physiotherapy at well equipped center with according to the advice of physiotherapist. You can also use knee brace, it will be beneficial as far as your complain is concerned.
