Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns. As per your complain yes, it is true that Vyvanse does not commonly cause the symptoms that you are experiencing and can be probably due to other associated problems like teeth grinding habit. Other cause can be decayed teeth and jaw joint related problems.

Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like X rays will help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly. As of now you can take pain reliever after consulting your physician. Take soft diet and avoid stress.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and regards,
Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora
