General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The pain you are feeling in the hip should be further investigated. X-ray examination of the hip joint and knee should be carried out and analyzed by orthopedic specialist.

After a good physical examination and the Xray results, your orthopedic surgeon will decide the best treatment strategy for you.

For the moment, I advise to take oral analgesic and apply analgesic cream locally until you see the specialist.

Hope this helps.
