Suggest Treatment For Pain In Groin And Scrotum

having moderate pain in both sides of groin and under scrotum, will sometimes run up into the belly button area. Am involved in tons of fitness routines/workouts. Pain will subside will advil at night and will move to different places every once in awhile. Dont feel any bulges or lumps. Still able to do light workouts but have cut back on weight and core exercises . 40 year old man, good health, in athletic shape, 6 foot 165 lbs

IT MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH BURNING SENSATION IN PASSING URINE, YOU ARE ADVISED TO GET AN ULTRA SOUND OF ABDOMEN ESPECIALLY KIDNEY,URETER AND BLADDER AREA(KUB) AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. ALSO ADVISED TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
