General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Dear friend - Why do you want to take risk about the most important organs of your life. The common sense says to have a consultation ( meeting) the Urologist or at least Surgeon to get the correct diagnosis and the right treatment.

You need to undergo at least ultrasound examination to confirm the diagnosis.
Only a correct diagnosis will lead to a correct treatment.
