Suggest Treatment For Pain In Biceps And Triceps
For the last couple of months my biceps, triceps and deltoids on both arms between of course from my elbow to shoulder have been so sore and weak as I couldn t raise either arm without extreme pain like I ve had my arms beaten on with fist or something. Now I know I ve done plenty of yard work and so forth but, I ve never had this extreme ach in both arms before. I m 67 yrs. old this Nov.

you have may be suffering from osteoprosis. you have to consult near by your physiotheraspist. he wiil treat muscle strenthnig exercise and kinseo tapping . m,ay be helpful for you.
