Suggest Treatment For Pain In Arms And Lyme Disease

I have chronic Lyme disease. However lately I am having difficulty with holding my urine and bums along with pain in my right and left arms. Plus I have noticed my walking gait has changed quite a bit. Do you have any idea what my problem might be? I have had Lyme for 12 years now. It took them over. A year to dx it?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Difficulty in holding urine is suggestive of unstable bladder.
Unstable bladder is caused due to the instability of bladder muscle.
I suggest you consult your urologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to look for the cause of urinary symptoms.
Pain in arms and change in gait could be probably due to muscular disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
