Hello,

Some of the reasons for stomach pain can be:
-An infection of the stomach and bowel (gastroenteritis).
- A pulled muscle in your abdomen or by.
-An injury.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Take Buscopan for the pain.
-Do a stool test.
-A complete blood count.
-An abdominal ultrasound to rule out the cause of the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
