Suggest Treatment For Pain Due To Carpel Tunnel Syndrome

Hi there, I have been to all sorts of therapists including physio, Chiropractors, surgeons etc etc. I have had surgery for carpel tunnel syndrome in my left hand where I have symptoms in both. My pain travels in to deep in my forearm and bicep, this has been the case now for 7 years. My local doctor has recently prescribed 10mg of Nortriptyline. My mother and sister have been diagnosed something similar for Fibromalgia. I am a 40 yr old male. Do you have an opinion of the cause of my frustrating pain. Thanks,

I have read your query. Do you have symptoms in operated or non operated hand? You may have to go for release surgery and modify your activity and wear splints.
