Suggest Treatment For Pain Below The Shoulder Bone On Back?
Hi.. I am 24 years old and having a kind of centric pain on right side of my back below the shoulder bone since August 2012. I have tried many things but nothing worked out as such. I also got an X-ray done but nothing came up. Since last month, m going to a orthopedic surgen - he has prescribed me chymoral forte for a week then mobiswift d. I am still waiting for releave. Looking for Help

Hello, Thanks for writing to us. From description , it seems you might developed muscular strain over back area. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get the x-ray/ MRI of the area affected under his/her guidance. Meanwhile following measures will help with the pain • Lie on a hard bed. • Anti -inflammatory drugs like Tablet Motrin 1 tablet as and when required • Avoid forward bending. • Avoid strenuous activity & lifting heavy weights. • Apply diclofenac gel on the affected area. Warm compresses will also help. Wishing you good health...
