Suggest Treatment For Pain Below The Rib Cage

I have mild discomfort/pain just below my right rib cage that has been present for the past 3 days. I had an MRI of the area approx. 4 months ago due to the same symptoms which came back negative and the pain eventually disappeared but earlier this week seems to have returned. The pain feels like a mild cramp that seems to come and go during the day - no other symptoms other than the dull pain and discomfort.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain below the rib cage could be a muscle strain, costochondritis, heart and lung pathology.
Take following advises:
Tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase
Local application of voilini gel
Tablet Rantac
Avoid movement that aggravate the pain
Do not lie down on the pain side
You can also wear creepe bandage that support the respiration and movement.
Apply warm pad application.
If pain persists then consult the physician and undergo chest X-Ray and ECG to rule out the heart and lung pathology
Hope this may help you
