Suggest treatment for pain around left leg

hello.... i have been suffering from pain for a long time around my left leg; the side of it particularly... i don t know what is it.. i went to the doctor already, have my arteries scanned for any clot but it s cleared.. i don t know what s causing it and a way to cure it.

What I feel is , since there is no signs of Varicose veins then it should be related to either vitamin deficiency like vitamin D or may be nerve entrapment. I would not consider still the nerve entrapment as there is no symptom you mentioned like tingling, numbness, etc.

So either it could be vitamin D deficiency or may be fatigue induced. Why don't you try taking vitamin D supplement and also try some simple exercise like gradual walking or some aerobic.

Once the stamina improves in the muscular system then the fatigue is delayed and pain doesn't come. Also, vitamin D deficiency is off late too common in many age groups having lack of exposure to sunlight. If any symptoms like numbness, tingling, sharp shooting pain is there then it should be related to nerve entrapment.

You need to get physically examined for it by an orthopedist and some specific exercises will be helpful under a guided physical therapist. Please take the call based on the provided explanation for the history you provided here.

My dad has had two quadrupole bypass his last arteries is 80 percent blocked. The last heart calf he had put in he had a stroke on the table, he has no more arteries to take from. I am a 63 year old male.15 years back I had heart attack and take regular medicines( B blockers,aspirine,diapatic,anti collastrol etc) also have regular moderate exercise.Now for the past 3 years I monitor my condition with annual check up with Ecco cardiogram,blood tests,Treadmil test,CT scan angiogram.All conditions are normal.No pain or discomfert with TMT modified bruce program.However I have 3 blocks in 3 arteries 80-90%,45-50% and 80%respectively.I am advised to under go coronary By pass surgery as a precaution and since my conditions are presently good.Is this the correct course of action or can I delay further or consider Non surgery CHELATION therapy.will this be better than BY pass and which doctor in chennai can do this.Thankyou
