Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Left Testicle

sir,
I am very worried and in delimaa, i always get pain in the vein connecting my left testis and it also swells when i stand for long period or sit.I wne to the doctor and told my probelm,Initially he diagoned me for vericocele and hernia, i went under the test of ultra sound scan uss scrotom
The test report is as follows:-
Testes: Both testes are normal in size and echotexture.Mediastinum testis is normally visualized.No abnormal flow is seen within on colour doppler imaing.No focal lesion is seen.
Rt testis :27 x25x20mm
Lt testis: 36x24x20mm
Epididymis :Normal in moral in morphology,size and echotexture bilaterally.No focal lesion or abnormal flow is seen within
No evedence of hydrocoele is seen
Spermatic cord is normally visualised on both the sides
after reading this report i could guess that the report is ok,but i am again repeating the same thing that i get pain and sweeling in the vein again and again after intervals ,please guide me

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Funiculitis with STD in the past.
Though You don't have any urethritis, the fact that your USG scrotum is normal,it points to Funiculitis fromold subacute/ subclinical infection of the spermatic cord.
also possibility of Subclinical Varicocele needs to be ruled out by
