General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain and stiffness after accident could be a cervical disc prolapse or nerve compression pain or muscle strain
I will advise you to consult the orthopedics surgeon and undergo Xray neck and MRI of neck to check the cervical vertebra.
Meanwhile take
Tablet ibuprufen three times a day and apply local analgesic gel like volini.
Tablet tizanidine once daily
Give rest to neck by wearing Soft cervical collar and apply Warm pad in the pain area.
Hope this will help you
